We are committed to closing the gap for single parents who are underserved by traditional programs. We offer essential support for housing stability, food security, and basic necessities, alongside mentorship and a community of care.

Our Mission
WHO WE ARE
Her Village was created to address the unique challenges faced by single mothers in the metro Atlanta area. With one in three children in Atlanta growing up in a single-parent household and nearly half of those families living below the poverty line, we saw the urgent need for tailored support. Our organization is dedicated to filling that gap by offering mentorship and financial assistance to those who need it most. We envision a world where every single mother has access to the resources, support, and opportunities she needs to thrive.
Our mission is rooted in empowerment and compassion, and we are guided by our three core pillars: MentHER, NurtHER, and EmpowHER. Through our programming, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and create lasting stability for families in our community.
